3. Where can I find information about cleaning my espresso machine?

4. I found small traces of coffee in my new espresso machine and grinder. Did I receive a used machine?
No, your new machine is new. Better Espresso does not sell used merchandise unless it is very clearly advertised as such.
It's not uncommon for quality espresso machines and grinders to be bench tested prior to shipping. The machines are cleaned very well after testing, but it's possible to still find trace amounts of coffee grinds. We're thankful that many of the machines we sell are first tested before shipment. From our customers perspective, it's frustrating to receive a machine that doesn't work. From our perspective, it's just bad business to sell faulty merchandise.
