They feature a locking, seal-tight lid that's rubber lined to ensure freshness. Unlike Mason jars, they are opaque to block the light. In addition, they are small enough to store a roasted batch without leaving an excessive amount of headroom in the canister. These coffee storage canisters can also be used for storing teas, spices and other condiments that need freshness preserved. They are available in three shapes/sizes.
The round canister has a 1/2lb.capacity. It measures 4" round x 6 1/2" tall.
