Should you need technical support regarding your la Pavoni machine, contact European Gift & Houseware, Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm EST at 1-800-927-0277.  A knowledgeable technician will be happy to assist you.

Warranty

All la Pavoni espresso machines and electric grinders come with a limited one year manufacturer's warranty.  The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Customers requiring repair within the one year warranty period should first call European Gift & Houseware at 1- 800- 927-0277 for authorization to return the product for repair.  EGH is open Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm EST. Please note that no product will be accepted for repair without first receiving authorization.  Upon receiving authorization to ship the product for repair, either European Gift & Houseware or one of their authorized repair facilities will repair the product and return it, postage paid.  A machine will not be accepted at a repair facility unless is it properly packed in a corregated box.  When shipping your machine, do not forget to insure it .  The repair facilities are not responsible for machines that are damaged in transit. The warranty will be void where a home machine has been placed in commerical use.
